Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Our landlord raised out rent 10.7%. She only gave us 29 days notice. What recourse do we have? I am afraid to say anything for fear she will kick us out. We have nowhere else t go right now.

If you think about it for a moment, there is nothing you could possibly do that would not notify her that you are disputing the amount of notice. So I'm not really sure what you expect us to say. If you're afraid of being kicked out and don't want to contest the lack of sufficient notice, there is literally nothing you can do but pay the higher rent.
