Can my landlord refuse or kick me out of my apartment if I am prescribed a emotional support animal (dog) the appaerment complex doesn't allow pets... I live in California

I do not believe he can but he can charge you an extra fee for having the animal [you need a Dr. to prescribe the need for the support animal].
