Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Landlord Retaliation

I'm having a major issue with my

landlord and it's agents, as we've

been in and out of court all year.

They refuse to accept lawful; rent

payments for three months (holding

onto the bank issued checks)....

Then they'll hit me with a 3 Notice to

Pay or Move out.

This has been going on for over a

year, repeatedly, month after month.

This is retaliation for my complaints

to the city, maintenace citations,

rent reduction orderd by city of

WEHO... ect.)

Can someone help me pursue this in

Civil court? I must put an end to

this.
