Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My Landlord said she sold the duplex we were living in. Landlord offered us to live in her mobile home on her property for two months to save money to find another rental We have this in writing. It has only been two weeks and now she told us we had to move out in two days. Can she legally do this and if so shouldn't she give us some kind of compensation to find somewhere to live?

No, she must treat you as a normal tenant. Even a tenant who has breached the lease is entitled t a three day notice. You have a written contract for 2 months and she is stuck with that.
