Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Me and my landlord did a stipulation. I was to move by 3/22/14 and she was to return my deposit. I would Owe no back rent and she would return my deposit. I moved out and now she is telling me I owe her attorney fees and back rent etc. what do I need to file to hold her in comtemp?

If you did the stipulation as part of a settlement of an unlawful detainer trial, the issue is whether you did the stipulation in writing and both parties signed it, or whether it was read into the record in open court. If either of these are true, you will have to file a motion to enforce the settlement agreement as a judgment pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6.
