Re: landlord tenant

Mr. Cohen is correct.

How can anyone help, when we don't understand your problem?

There probably was a lease (oral)? What court? Why did you wait till the last minute?

I am also in a wheelchair (forever) and I could move in 3 days (with help).

Re: landlord tenant

If you were served with a 3-day notice, it's only because they say you didn't pay rent or violated other terms of the lease that you were given time to correct. If they want you evicted for other reasons, they have to give you a 30-day notice. Then, if you don't move, they can bring an unlawful detainer lawsuit against you in court and have to personally serve you with the court papers. I'm not sure what the status of the matter is. It's hard to tell from what you wrote, and what you mean "what happens in the courts tomorrow..."
