Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I am in need of a landlord tenant attorney in Sacramento, California by November 22, 2011 for jury trail. My case involves more than the eviction. I worked for landlord and he has not paid me now trying to evict me stating I have not paid rent for ten months.

Please advise. Thank you.

Eviction cases normally do not have the right to a jury trial; are you sure that it is set for a jury trial? Does the lease have a provision for attorney fees to the winning side? What is the case number and location [Sacramento Superior Court?]. What are the detailed facts [I saw your prior posting]. You need to call various attorneys in the Sacramento area but it is very difficult to get someone to appear for a case set less than two working days away. I have a flexible enough schedule that I could probably handle it but I would need to have the above information before further considering taking the case.
