my tenants have moved out of my commercial property..they are still paying rent and under a lease..tenants are trying to sublease.cannot get a key from my tenants..their realty person is keeping the key because he says he wants so buy the property, he is keeping the key hostage..how long do i have to wait befor i can get another key made..tenants have moved out but are still paying rent..help! WHAN CAN I GET A KEY MADE??

First, why don't you have a duplicate? You always should!

Secondly, get another key made at once.
