As a Landlord, we terminated the lease of a tenant for cause. They had paid the last months rent in advance (not as part of the Security Deposit), but moved out before the end of the last month. Are they entitled to a refund of part or all of the last months rent?

If you permitted them to occupy the property for the entire last month, and they chose to do so, that is their problem, just as if they had a lease that was coming due and moved out early.
