Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My landlord took a tv of mine from outside of my door that I let her know was there and would be moved within 24 hours needed help. To big for myself to move alone. Also have had issues with her entering my building without permission. Also her resolution to mold in my apartment is to paint over it! Can I legally break my lease

Legally breaking your lease is an option, assuming you have provided sufficient written notices, but you will risk being sued for the unpaid future rents, depending on the language of your lease. The better approach would be to provide written notices to the landlord seeking a return of the TV and a permanent and safe resolution of the mold problem by a specific and reasonable time. if the landlord refuses to act, you might be able to take landlord to small claims or superior court, depending on the damages.
