Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Can my landlord come in my yard if the yard is included in the rental agreement? I feel my privacy is being invaded.

If the rental agreement provides for the landlord to do something, like maintain the yard, and that is what they are doing, then they can. They may if the yard is a common area, shared with other tenants of other units. If not, then a landlord can only enter the premises under the circumstances allowed by Civil Code section 1954.
