How long can a guest legally stay in LA, CA if it's not specified in the lease??? And can a landlord evict a tenant infor having a girlfriend over almost every night??? Can a landlord evict a tenant for failing to add a girlfriend who's living there on the lease??? And does it matter if other tenants in the bldg also have girlfriends/boyfriends over almost every night???

It all depends on the provisions in the lease.
Now, as to your questions: There is no limit to a guest staying, but you can evict by a unlawful detainer, if you have unpaid rent, and other provisions of the lease were violated.
If you ask them to add a girlfriend, that is fine, again provided the lease covers such.
Same answer for other tenants with thrir girlfriends/boyfriends over every night.
