Can our landlord change or add ANYTHING to our lease after we have signed it and lived in it for 8 months?

Sometimes rights to amend the rules are specifically reserved (hours the pool is open, items that can be kept on the porch, etc.). However, if the landlord is trying to change a material term (such as amount of rent, date due, grace period, term of lease), then consult a good attorney on the specifics.
