Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Landlord/Tenant, Small Claims case
Hello,
I was told by the Judge at my Small Claims Court hearing that I should amend my paper work and enter my Landlord's biz 'entity' vs.what I entered before which was the Landlord and her biz entity but not using any 'Inc' etc at the end of her 'entity's' name. Ie: I sued Robin Hallman and New Life Sober Living w/o any 'Inc'; he then set a new date for March and told us both that when we returned, the presiding Judge would rule in my favor, w/o question. So, does that mean I need to enter 'New Life Sober Living Inc.' as who I'm suing? I believe that is what he told me but I need to clarify/confirm this fact 1st. Thanks much,
Rachelle

Please e-mail my office with your paperwork, include all pertinent papers. Then, if you cannot e-mail or scan, maybe you can fax the papers.
I need to know more about your case, etc.
