Does a tenant have right to money from a filmshoot?

You may need to provide some additional information. If you're asking, can a tenant get money because the complex is used in a filmshoot, I am not aware of any authority for that. If your actual unit was used, or access to unit was prevented, you may have some grounds to request a rent reduction.
