Landlord/Tenant:

I have a "deadbeat" tenant who refuses to pay rent and will not move. What is the

legal procedure to have the tenant evicted? I want to do this "Pro-persona"

Serve a proper 3-day notice to pay or quit. If he doesn't pay in that period, file an unlawful detainer lawsuit. Bring your evidence to trial, get a judgment. Then have the sheriff evict him.
