Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Lanlord needs to break our lease. They cant afford 2 houses
The lanlord has asked me to break our two year lease. They can't afford the current home they live in and need me to move back with in 30-60. I have lived in the home for 7 months. What are my options.

You have the right to keep staying there and paying rent if you wish. If you wish cooperate, you can negotiate a settlement for some type of compensation from the landlord such as payment of your moving costs.
