Late rent fee
Is it legal to charge my tenat additional late fee for every day that he is late after the grace period?

NO, a per day amount is not legal for residential rentals. The amount charged must be an amount that adequately reflects the actual expenses incurred due to late payment. 6% of the rent has been held to be a valid amount, although some landlords have successfully charged more. Once you exceed 10% of the rent it is excessive and illegal.
