Can I get rid of my roomate if the lease is under my name and she is not on the lease agreement?

You still have to give her notice and evict her.

If she has been paying her share, you need a 30 day notice, and then file an unlawful detainer.

If she is behind in rent, a 3 day notice to quit, then U.D.
