Can you you use one lease to lease two contiguous stores in the same building. Both stores would have same condition in lease.Would it take just one eviction process to evict the tenant.

Yes, you can have one lease for multiple units in contiguous properties. There are pros and cons to doing so. The eviction cost is not generally one I discuss with clients, rather, it has to do with the practicalities of leasing and management. You should review this with a local real estate attorney before doing so, and should consider having them draft a lease for you to address all of your specific concerns.
