out of a lease

I just found out a hole lot of sex affenders live near me

There is also a lot of police activity with the people righ next door.

Can break my lease? I dont feel we are safe here.

No!

There are sex offenders everywhere, certainly in most rental areas. These people have served their debt to society, and don't need your discrimination.

You cannot break the lease because, all of a sudden, you don't like the neighborhood.
