Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Can I get out of my lease if the house was rented to me as a 3 1/4 bath but one of the baths has holes in it and can't be used? We need it to get ready for work but the landlord won't fix it.

That's not going to let you out of your lease. That may be an issue as to whether you have a claim against the landlord, but it does not excuse you breaching the remaining term on the lease.
