If you have a lease does your landlord have to provide you with more than a thirty day notice?

What kind of notice? If you did not pay your rent or violated a provision of the lease then they only have to give you a three day notice. If your lease has expired and they are changing the terms depending on how long you lived there they can be required to give either 30 days or 60 days. So it depends on what kind of notice it is.
