Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

lease after the landlord's death

I signed a lease that would end in August of this year but

my landlord passed away in Jan. and the house was left to

her daughter. Her daughter is now selling the house and

wants me out before June 1st. I was wondering what my rights

were in this case. Thank
