Our lease option ended with a foreclosure. The previous owner left some furnishings, can they be removed from the property six months after the foreclosure?

Your question is unclear. To remove furnishings or personal property, you need to follow California Civil Code Sec. 1980 et seq. to provide notice of intent to declare the property abandoned.
