lease with purchase option agreement
For Lessee to exercise lessee option under this purchase option , lesse agrees to notify lessor in writing , sent certified mail return receipt requested . this was never done it has been two years does lessee have any rights to this property?

Lessee might be a month-to-month tenant. An attorney in your area should review the original lease.

You really have not given enough facts for us to answer.
How long is the contract? What window of time was agreed on for lessee to notify lessor, and what is he/she notifying about? What does two years have to do with this?
