ex not on lease says he has rights???
My parents and I are on a lease for our apartment. My ex boyfriend used to spend the night here on and off with me...but was never on the lease and never paid any rent. I broke up with him and told him to take all his stuff but he says I have to give him 30 day notice. Is that true??

No. He did not sub-lease from you and was not a renter so has no rights as a renter. give him a reasonable deadline date to get hos items, he has to call you first to set it up, and have your father present when he does come by so nothing happens. Take an inventory of the items and their condition, taking pictures if you can
