A notice from the propery manager to evacuate a leased house is binding? After talking with the propety manager three month before my lease expire, Inquiring if i can terminate my lease then, The answer was no, which I was ok, then later next week I recived a notification from the property manager saying that I have to leave the house at the end of the month. After Imoved out, I call them to request a final inspection, They toll me I have to stay till the end of the lease, that the lettler was a mistake from their part,

It is difficult to understand your facts, much less your question.

What kind of notice, written or spoken, and what did it say? Did you want to terminate lease, or the landlord? Were you behind on rent? How about resubmitting this with a clearer explanatation of the facts, and a clear question?
