Lease termination

We have been relocated to Florida, we have tenant renting a room. Lease ends on March 31, 2009.

Rent was $850/ month, she is asking for $6500 cash to move out.

Any help?

Re: Lease termination

Give tenant notice (30 days is she has been there less than a year, 60 days if over a year).

File unlawful detainer, and let judge decide.
