Lease

I have a lease for 1yr with section 8, I'm the landlord . Can I terminate the tenancy. The reason for terminating is economics i'm not able to keep making my morgatge payments. What kind of notice i need to used.

The law states 90 day notice required for Section 8 without cause (that is, cause by the tenant). You don't say whether you are selling, being foreclosed, or wanting to re-rent for more money. Thus, I can't give you any further advice.
