Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
i leased a space ( 5 years) for a business. the business did not do well so I closed and the landlord gave me a notice to leave or pay. I left and now they are suing me for $300000. what are my option.I don't have job.And my house is upside down.and going for auction.

This is exactly what the Bankruptcy Court is supposed to be for, honest people who did their best and fell on hard times, not deadbeats who run up credit card bills they can't pay. Take advantage of it and get a fresh start.
