Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
If my leasing office gives me a form that says my lease is up in 30 days but it's actually not up for 60 days can they still make me stay and pay for the 60 days?

Are you in a fixed term lease, or a month to month tenancy? How long have you resided in the property? You owe rent for the entire period you are in the property, and up to the period that notice expires.
