Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have been leasing a warehouse space for the past 4 years with no issue. Suddenly, I receive an email stating they are terminating my lease and I have 2 weeks to remove my items with no reason given or legal notice recieved or filed. My whole business is stuck inside their property and I need to know if what they are doing is legal, any renters law secrets I can use in my negotiations with the company to be able to retreive my inventory?
