what are the legal outlines of what sexual harassment is? my landlord has made comments to my sisters, and my friends basically saying he wants to have sex with me...
in addition, out oven has not worked the 4 months my sister and i have lived in our apartment and we have told them repeatedly and still nothing has been done. we are planning on moving in about 2 months and we think we should at least get a months worth of rent back or something...

The non-functioning oven is not sufficient reason to seek a rent abatement.
On the other hand, the sexual harassment issue might be worth a further look, depending upon how frequent the comments are, their intensity, the manner in which the statements are made, the language used, etc.
