Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Can I legally kick my son out of my house?

I need to remove my 18 year old son from my home. Can I just put his stuff on the street or do I have to legally evict him from my home? He does not pay rent.

I think you need to review the facts and specifics of this with an attorney. With the few facts you've given, I think it would be a disservice to say evict or not. Contact a local attorney who handles landlord-tenant issues, and see if you cannot get a consultation.

No to stuff on street. Yes to legally evict.
