when letting a friend stay goes bad

if someone asks you if they can stay in your home for a few days then it turns into monthes they say they will help with money but don't,you put their stuff out they keep coming back in anyway and that after you change all the locks. You get me so far?

I get you.

Give him/her 30 day notice, and followed by an unlawful detainer, if you own the home.

If you are a tenant, landlord must file the U.D.
