liability waiver

I am subleasing office space and the leasor and building owner want a document releasing them from liability should I be sued. I have my own liablity insurance. It would be too costly to list them as secondarily insured. Is there a document I could use as a waiver against their liability??

Unless you want to pay a lawyer to prepare the document, do it yourself.

There are also general release forms here at Law Guru, that you can use.

Put in the document that you are releasing the owner from liability for any claim arising from the office space you are leasing.
