Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live in an apartment complex with a community association that my landlord pays dues to. They want to termite tent the complex and are kicking everyone out for 2+ days but are not putting tennants up in a hotel. Is this legal? I cannot afford to pay for a hotel for 2+ days.

Your landlord owes you a rent abatement for those two days. You can use that money for a room.
