Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live in an apartment complex. Recently they removed all fire hoses from all three floors and they have not been replaced for several days. Is there something I can do? The HOA does not answer phone calls or return them. I am just a renter. I just thought that those were supposed to always be readily available in case of an emergency.

You might consider contacting the fire department (i.e. fire marshal)
