I live in Ca my landlord did not give me a 3/30 day notice or a summons of complaint but I received a writ of possesion is this illegal and I am already suing what is this worth in small claims

Run to a lawyer and see if you can set aside the eviction (if you wish to stay). Not only does the 3/30/60-day notice have to be posted (if you or an adult are not home), but the summons and complaint must be personally served or, by order of the court, be published and sent by certified mail.
