i live in California and i have a permit to grow marijuana. my property manager gave me a 30 day notice because i have plants growing in my backyard. does that count against me as an eviction?

If you leave within the 30-days you have not been evicted. A 30-day notice is how a month to month tenancy is termintaed by either party.
If you have been there less than a year and are on a month to month agreement; a 30-day notice is the appropriate way to terminate a tenancy.
