I currently live in a home where I pay no rent the landlord has decided to sale the house, he has not given me any info as to when he will evict me, what are my rights, can he give me a seven day eviction notice, or am I entitled to 60 days since there is no contract, I believe my situation would fall under month to month. because I have not paid rent the landlords decision, what rights do I have when it comes to eviction, also, I have not watered the grass since I don't know when I am going to be kicked out is that againest any law? thank you for any assistance in tis matter.

If you have been living there rent-free, you are a guest, not a tenant. You have no rights.
