Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live at this home in riverside,ca and i'am renting the owner of this house says he is the owner but the bank said it went into forclouser and the title is still in his name what do i do.

As long as you live there, you should continue to pay the rent. However, keep a copy of all rent checks and rent receipts, because the new owner would want evidence of your payments.
If a bank foreclosed, it usually will provide notice either for you to quit or to provide proof of your rental agreement. The more you work with the bank, the more likely it is they'd be willing to make things easier for you. As far as finding out who now owns the property, you can go to the county recorder's office and pull a profle of the property. Or, if you have a real estate office nearby, you can ask them to look up the most recent owner.
