Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live in a luxury building located in Los Angeles, CA. For the past year and a half, I have been dealing with animal feces and urine in the common areas of the building. Me and my company has to walk through this causing an awful order on my shoes, home, and vehicle. This smell wont go away. I want to be compensated for the damages. Management doesn't shampoo the carpet for weeks if that. I have contacted environmental health several times as well as other tenants in my building.
