Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

We live in military housing in Ca. There are ants in every room, randomly. We've tried sprays and baits, we've had an exterminator out here 3xs in the last few mths. The office mgr says its the weather. It rain for about a week here but that was days ago. The ants are in our beds now. The have bitten my children I have pictures of my son who got the worst bites. I have waken up 3 days now in a row with ants somewhere on me. Please help??? What can we do??

Unfortunately, if this is base housing then you need to find someone who is familiar with federal law as it relates to military housing. I do not believe that base housing is governed by California landlord-tenant law. My understanding is that, as a dependent, you have access to legal aid through the military. I would start there and request that someone assist you in resolving the matter. I'm sorry that I cannot be of more assistance, however, it is a very specialized area of law.
