Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
If I live in a mobile home I own and my landlord for the lot I rent said I had to have my roommate go apply and be approved to live with me. Now who would be responsible for evicting her because she pays me her rent late or in payments and I didn't agree to allow her to do that so I want her out of my home so who is responsible or evicting her me or my landlord.

You. She is a subtenant. The legal relationship is between you and her.
