Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I live and own my mobile home in a mobile home park. The contract states that I can have five persons living in it. I have three persons living in it now, can I have 2 more person live with me?

I would be more worried about what local zoning laws allow. Many jurisdictions will not allow more than three unrelated adults. I would check with the city before you do anything
