I live in a 55 & over resident owned mobile home park. If I marry a woman under 55 with a minor child, does the park have the right to refuse residency to them?

Whether the person you plan to reside with in the 55 year and older park can reside there depends upon what the written and recorded restrictions state. I suggest that you carefully read the restrictions and from there you will get the answer to your question.
