Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have lived in this 2 Bedroom Apt, for 11months now. At the time of move-in, I was married, But Separated from my wife.. Now that some healing and time have passed, we decided to reconsile our Marriage. I have an 11 year old son, and 2 other underaged children.
My Question: Can the management deny my wife and child(s) from moving in with me , simply because her credit is less than perfect?

Probably not on those grounds, but maybe due to the number of people you will be having.
