Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I lived in a house for one year on a one year lease.i paid 2900 deposit and the land lord kept ever dime.when i moved out i paid pro's to come and make it move in ready.i took my land lord to small claims court and lost.i had picture,receipts,and i could prove that all the evidents that the landlord was fake.i felt i wasn't given a fair chance to prove my case.

The court has made its decision, which is final. That's one of the risks of being a plaintiff in a small claims court.

Actually you can move to set aside the judgment for errors in fact and/or law, but the time limit for filing the motion is VERY tight. Get on it tomorrow.
